Duties
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
- Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, materials, and supplies to designated areas
- Help with demolition, excavation, and site cleanup as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Support the installation of structures, frameworks, or other components as directed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of basic safety procedures on construction sites is advantageous
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills are essential qualities for success in this role
