This team is building an AI-native platform tackling one of the most complex, high-friction problem spaces out there: healthcare operations — where correctness, reliability, and system design actually matter.

They’ve already crossed the hardest threshold: real enterprise traction.

What you’ll work on

• Designing and building core backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines
• Developing platform infrastructure that supports LLM-powered workflows
• Improving system reliability, observability, and performance
• Writing eval frameworks to improve AI system quality over time
• Debugging event-driven systems, logs, and production issues
• Building internal tooling that increases engineering leverage
• Working directly with customers to translate real-world workflows into product systems
• Contributing to platform architecture, SDKs, and developer tooling

What they’re looking for

This is a high-bar engineering team. Stack matters less than how you think.

Core signal:

• Strong engineering fundamentals (data structures, systems thinking, architecture)

Background:

• 1–7 years of experience (flexible for exceptional candidates)
• Experience at companies known for strong engineering culture (big tech, fintech, strong scale-ups, infra/data companies)

You likely fall into one of these lanes:

• Infrastructure / SRE / reliability
• Backend platform or data engineering
• Full-stack (with a clear backend or systems lean)

Technical exposure (not strict requirements):

• APIs, distributed systems, or data pipelines
• Cloud environments (AWS or similar)
• LLM / AI systems or eval frameworks (nice to have, not required)

Nice signals:

• Customer-facing engineering experience (forward deployed, integrations, etc.)
• GitHub / side projects / strong ownership indicators

What matters:

• You care about building high-quality systems
• You want to own problems end-to-end
• You’re comfortable working in a collaborative, high-feedback environment
• You’re excited about architecture, data, and platform design
