Remote | 5-Month Contract | $45/hour W-2
Are you passionate about using Epic to improve population health and patient outcomes? We're partnering with a nationally recognized healthcare organization that is expanding its Clinical Applications team and is looking for an experienced Epic Healthy Planet / Compass Rose Applications Analyst to support ongoing optimization efforts.
This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely with a collaborative Epic team focused on improving care management workflows, population health initiatives, and data-driven clinical programs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose applications.
- Support clinicians, care managers, and operational teams by troubleshooting application issues and implementing workflow improvements.
- Build and maintain registries, dashboards, workqueues, reporting tools, and other Healthy Planet functionality.
- Analyze service requests and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
- Participate in testing, upgrades, system enhancements, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Epic analysts, clinical stakeholders, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Epic Healthy Planet certification required.
- Epic Compass Rose certification strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting Epic applications within a healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of population health workflows, care management, registries, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
