Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Recruiter located in Sacramento, CA. The Bilingual Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various roles. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Additional tasks include maintaining candidate databases, conducting reference checks, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
