Epic Personnel Partners is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer focused Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator to join our Bloomfield, CT office. This is an entry level position that plays an important role in creating a positive first impression for our applicants.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to applicants.
Conduct brief phone pre screenings to confirm qualifications and availability.
Accurately enter interview appointments and applicant information into scheduling systems and spreadsheets.
Provide applicants with interview details, directions, and instructions for completing required paperwork before their appointment.
Send interview confirmation and same day text message reminders.
Ensure schedules remain organized and up to date throughout the day.
Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming experience for every applicant.
Work closely with recruiters to help maintain an efficient interview schedule.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, upbeat, and professional phone voice.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and basic computer programs.
Ability to multitask in a fast paced office environment.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Previous customer service, receptionist, call center, administrative, or scheduling experience is a plus, but not required.
