Epic Motorsports, Show Low is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager!
About the position:
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for sales and marketing activities, including developing new business opportunities, planning and implementing sales campaigns, and managing the company’s sales pipeline. You will also be responsible for managing the customer acquisition process, including sales calls, customer interviews, and customer acquisition goals. You will manage all aspects of the customer acquisition process to ensure that Epic Motorsports, Show Low is consistently achieving its sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience with sales and marketing in a manufacturing environment.
Duties and responsibilities:
·Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
·Generating leads from various sources, including cold calling, networking, social media, etc.
·Preparing sales presentations based on the needs of the target audience.
·Assessing customers’ needs and requirements using industry standard tools.
·Preparing proposals for potential customers.
·Preparing proposals for potential customers.
·Preparing quotes for potential customers.
·Preparing quotes for potential customers.
·Preparing proposals for potential customers.
·Managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
·Managing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
·Maintaining records of customer accounts in CRM software (Salesforce).
·Coordinating with the management team to address issues or concerns as needed in a timely manner.
·Performing other duties as assigned by management or supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
