Compensation & Schedule:
- Starting salary: $100,000 (based on experience)
- Full-time, hybrid schedule
- North Carolina (traveling compensated)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide ongoing supervision (including in-person) and support to RBTs
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical care
