We are a small clinical quality focused company. We primarily serve military families and medicaid clients, because we want to serve our most vulnerable. We have small caseloads and an emphasis on quality care. We just want to do what is best for those we serve and those we are responsible for.
We have very strong administrative support so that our clinicians can focus on clinical work rather than clerical work.
The Role
conduct assessments and reassessments
conduct Caregiver collaboration and training in accordance with funder mandates (at least once a month per client)
provide direct implementation of services
provide supervision to staff and student analysts
Ensuring funder compliance from supervisees
follow the direction and plan of care of client
collect data in relation to their client
must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
must be able to run when necessary
must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive to session with client
must self-report any change that may appear on background check and board certification following employment
must abide by the code of ethics of the BACB as well as the QABA Board.
Qualifications
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Demonstrated experience in applied behavior analysis, patient care, patient assessment, and medical documentation
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and maintaining medical records
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
- Experience in behavioral therapy and special education
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Previous administrative experience is a plus
- Board certification or eligibility (BC/BE) is required.
