Epic Managers is helping Hammer & Nails find an awesome General Manager to lead a flagship location in Glenview, IL. This is more than opening a shop—we are building a sanctuary. A premier destination for the modern man who treats grooming like a ritual, not a chore. As we prepare to open our doors, we are looking for a powerhouse General Manager to help build this luxury experience from the ground up.
You can earn up to $80,000 per year based on performance, plus PTO, Healthcare allowance and perks you will love.
You just need 3 years of team management experience with full accountability for sales and service in the salon, barbershop, retail, beauty and wellness, luxury retail, or high-end hospitality industry.
