Epic Landscape Productions is seeking a Production Manager focused exclusively on warranty and corrective landscape work across our commercial and residential projects.
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing warranty-related production activities to ensure issues are resolved efficiently, safely, and to Epic's quality standards. The Warranty Production Manager works closely with Branch Managers, Account Managers, and field crews to deliver timely solutions that protect customer relationships and Epic's reputation.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage labor, equipment, and materials for warranty and corrective landscape work
- Coordinate plant replacements, installation corrections, irrigation adjustments, and design-related warranty items
- Review warranty scopes and work orders to ensure proper execution and follow-through
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, when appropriate, to explain warranty work, timelines, and next steps
- Partner with Branch Managers and Account Managers to ensure customer expectations are aligned and met
- Provide daily job instructions and documentation to crews
- Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress, workmanship, and customer experience
- Ensure warranty work reflects Epic's quality standards and leaves the site in excellent condition
- Identify recurring warranty issues and recommend process improvements to reduce future concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of warranty work
- Coordinate resources across divisions to complete corrective work efficiently
- Obtain utility locates as required prior to beginning work
- Participate in field production work as needed
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Supervise field staff assigned to warranty work, including job assignments and time approval
- Train and support crews on proper plant handling, installation standards, and customer-facing professionalism
- Identify and develop Crew Leaders focused on warranty and corrective work
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet warranty workload demands
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching as needed
Qualifications
- 2 years of commercial landscape experience
- 1 year of crew or personnel management experience
- Strong knowledge of plant materials, installation methods, and landscape construction practices
- Demonstrated customer service or client-facing experience
- Ability to manage multiple corrective projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Certification Card
- KS and/or MO Applicator License (or ability to obtain within 90 days, if applicable)
- Willingness to assist with snow removal, salting, and sanding during winter months
