Senior Recruiter – Staffing & Workforce Solutions

We're seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Bloomfield office. This is an excellent opportunity for a staffing professional who wants to take on a highly visible role with increased responsibility, client ownership, and leadership influence.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for light industrial and clerical positions.
- Partner closely with multiple client accounts to understand workforce needs and deliver staffing solutions.
- Recruit, screen, interview, hire, and onboard qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and community partners.
- Manage employee relations, attendance issues, performance concerns, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate staffing priorities, fill urgent orders, and ensure exceptional client service.
- Develop recruiting strategies to attract quality talent in competitive labor markets.
- Monitor account activity, workforce trends, and operational performance metrics.
- Serve as a key resource and mentor for recruiting and staffing best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of staffing industry experience required.
- Proven experience recruiting for both light industrial and clerical positions.
- Experience managing 7 or more client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong client relationship management and account growth experience.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple openings and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling employee relations and workforce management issues.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to overall office success.
Preferred Background
- Experience supporting high-volume staffing operations.
- Track record of building long-term client relationships.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or guiding team members.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of staffing operations.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and growth.

Salary : $50,002 - $70,000
