Epic Personnel Partners is expanding in the Lacey/Olympia market and we're looking for a proven staffing sales professional who knows how to develop business, build lasting client relationships, and grow market share.
This is a hybrid inside/outside sales role focused on new business development, account growth, and becoming the go-to staffing partner for employers throughout the region.

What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new staffing opportunities throughout the Lacey/Olympia market
- Build relationships with local businesses and decision-makers
- Conduct client visits and workforce consultations
- Grow and retain existing accounts
- Partner with recruiting teams to deliver exceptional service
- Attend networking events and represent Epic in the community
- Create staffing solutions that help businesses succeed

What We're Looking For
Required:
- Staffing industry sales experience
- Proven success in business development and account growth
- Experience selling temporary, temp-to-hire, or workforce solutions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mentality with a hunter mindset
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
Preferred:
- Existing business relationships in the South Sound market
- Experience working with manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or administrative clients
