We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our team and support high-volume warehouse recruiting needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a proven track record of sourcing and hiring for warehouse positions, and possess the flexibility to accommodate weekend work.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume hiring needs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment events, to attract top talent.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure timely staffing of positions.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.
- Weekend Flexibility: Be available to work weekends as needed to accommodate hiring events or urgent recruitment needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Flexibility: Availability to work weekends and adjust schedules as needed based on business demands.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Language: Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
