Accounting Analyst – Cold Storage Food DistributionLocation: Bloomfield, CTPay Rate: $22.00-25.00/hour (Full-Time, Exempt)Schedule: Monday–Friday | Occasional Weekends as NeededJoin Our Team!Epic Personnel Partners is seeking an Accounting Analyst to support our accounting and operations teams within a high-volume cold storage food distribution center. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a love for numbers, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.What You’ll DoProvide daily volume reports, weekly summaries, and monthly accounting reports.Verify purchase orders and ensure proper 3-way matching for invoice payments.Review and reconcile staffing agency invoices for accuracy.Collaborate closely with Accounting Analyst Supervisor, Operations Admin Manager, and Distribution Center leadership.Manage office supply orders and vendor communication for the kitchen and distribution center.Support payroll processing (Paychex experience preferred).Maintain standardized reports and ensure alignment with corporate accounting practices.Handle data entry, reporting, and other accounting support functions as assigned.What You Bring2 years of accounting or economics experience (distribution or warehouse environment preferred).Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work across departments and meet strict deadlines.Knowledge of warehouse or distribution center operations a plus.Some college coursework in Accounting or Economics preferred.Work EnvironmentOffice setting within a cold storage distribution center — exposure to varied temperatures.Must be comfortable sitting for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 10 lbs.Why You’ll Love It HereStable, full-time position in a growing national food distribution network.Opportunity to work with a supportive team that values accuracy, collaboration, and efficiency.Growth potential across multiple facilities nationwide.Company DescriptionEpic Personnel Partners, LLC is a privately held woman-owned staffing firm.
