We’re seeking a Kitchen Production Supervisor to play a key role in guiding our daily operations, ensuring a seamless flow of production from start to finish. In this role, you’ll not only oversee kitchen processes but also take ownership of the preparation and execution of fresh salads and wraps, maintaining consistency, presentation, and high standards at every step.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and oversee daily production activities.
- Conduct morning roll calls and pre-operational inspections.
- Ensure ingredient rotation and accuracy using our system.
- Keep production flowing efficiently and on schedule.
- Verify raw materials and maintain accurate batch records.
- Ensure team follows recipes and ingredient guidelines.
- Monitor quality control, including weight checks and metal detector verifications.
- Supervise SKU changeovers and ensure proper cleaning procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- HACCP Certification a plus.
- Previous experience with USDA/FDA is required.
- SQF Experience a plus.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (32 – 36°F)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible schedule, including working early mornings and weekends.
