We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to join our team at our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in long-term care billing and collections, along with a commitment to supporting both residents and staff with professionalism and integrity.

BOM Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Oversee daily business office operations, including billing, collections, and resident trust accounts

• Manage census records, admissions paperwork, and insurance verifications

• Ensure accurate and timely Medicaid, Medicare, and private billing

• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments

• Work collaboratively with the Administrator and department heads

• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and company policies

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Business Office Manager in a long-term care setting strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance billing

• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

• Ability to lead a team and work independently

• Familiarity with relevant software systems (e.g., PCC, MatrixCare, etc.) is a plus
