Education & Credentials

Experience
3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare, clinical operations, or medical practice setting.
Proven track record in staff management, including recruiting, training, performance evaluation, and retention.
Experience overseeing daily clinic operations, patient flow, and scheduling.
Strong background in financial oversight—budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and supporting growth initiatives.
