What You’ll Do:
- Deliver Comprehensive Care: Provide patient care across all ages, diagnosing, treating, and managing health conditions while promoting preventive care and health education.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with physicians, mid-level providers, and the whole care team to deliver integrated, top-tier care.
- Lead by Example: Oversee and guide Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, ensuring care standards are met and exceeded.
- Be a Lifelong Learner: Stay on top of the latest medical advancements and maintain your licensure, while contributing to our continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead with Integrity: Take full responsibility for patient care, ensuring your practice is rooted in professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Foster Strong Relationships: Build solid, professional relationships with team members across all departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and quality care.
What You Bring:
- Medical Expertise: Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine with 1-3 years of experience in primary care or internal medicine/pediatrics.
- Clinical Competence: A proven ability to handle patient care from A to Z, including diagnoses, prescriptions, and ancillary orders.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with EMR systems, especially Allscripts, to document patient care efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a multidisciplinary setting, working alongside your team to deliver the best patient outcomes.
- Commitment to Growth: Always improving, always learning, and always adapting to the needs of your patients and the team.
