What You’ll DoÂ
- Sniff Out Opportunities
You’ll identify and close new business across concierge medicine and self-funded insurance. You’ll know exactly who to talk to—and how to make a deal happen. - Work Your Network
Build and nurture strong referral pipelines with brokers, consultants, HR leaders, TPAs, and health pros. Your phone will be buzzing (in a good way). - Make the Pitch
Deliver compelling presentations to business leaders, brokers, and stakeholders who are ready for a smarter, better healthcare solution. - Expand Our Footprint
Use data and instinct to develop strategies that open doors in new industries and markets. - Own the Pipeline
Manage leads like a pro—track everything in our CRM, keep the funnel full, and stay ahead of the game. - Collaborate Like a Boss
Partner with marketing, clinical, and operations teams to ensure our messaging is clear, consistent, and connected to our mission.
What You Bring to the Table
- A proven track record of B2B sales success—especially in healthcare, insurance, or benefits consulting.
- A strong existing network of decision-makers, brokers, and employer partners.
- Solid understanding of self-funded insurance, concierge medicine, and value-based care models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your own hustle.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (because organization is your secret weapon).
Preferred (But Not Required) Experience
- A sharp entrepreneurial streak—you know how to build and scale from scratch.
