Patient Appointment Services (PAS) Clerk - Lead
This role is part of the Puget Sound Military Appointing Center, a centralized services center serving as the primary point of contact for PSMHS beneficiaries seeking healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls from beneficiaries
- Process Secure Message Service transmittal requests for appointments and schedule specialty care appointing
- Schedule, reschedule, and/or cancel appointments while correcting booking errors
- Provide standard customer service scripts to optimize patient experience
Requirements:
- 1 year call center experience
- Proficiency in software programs such as Word, Excel, Access
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Clearance to access CSMHS military installation and Common Access Card (CAC)
- Healthcare administrative experience preferred
