Member Services Representative
Epic Golf Club is seeking a highly organized, service-driven Member Services Representative to join our growing Scottsdale-based team. This role focuses on creating exceptional golf and travel experiences for our members by coordinating reciprocal play opportunities through our exclusive member network. You’ll be a key point of contact for members, handling requests with precision, professionalism, and a high-touch service mindset.
Position Details
Full-time – 40 hours per week
In-office, Scottsdale, AZ
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional, high-touch service to Epic members
Coordinate 150–200 reciprocal play requests per month, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Serve as a primary point of contact for member questions, special requests, and service needs
Facilitate member-to-member tee time arrangements through our private club network
Communicate clearly and professionally via email, SMS, and phone
Ensure all member preferences and details are captured accurately and fulfilled promptly
Maintain internal systems and process documentation to support efficiency and service quality
Partner with the Member Services team and leadership to flag trends, share insights, and support solutions
Troubleshoot member issues and deliver thoughtful, solution-oriented outcomes
Qualifications
Experience in a client-facing, service-focused role (hospitality, luxury service, travel, or similar preferred)
Familiarity with golf and private club culture is a strong plus
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple requests at once
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and a proactive mindset
Professional, polished, and comfortable supporting VIP-level member interactions
Comfortable adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and work across multiple systems
