Duties
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
- Convert leads into booked consultations
- Check dogs in and out of the facility
- Take payments and manage client accounts
- Handle client concerns and complaints professionally
- Maintain accurate notes and communication in CRM systems
- Keep the front office organized and running efficiently
- Support the team in a fast-moving environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry software
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
