The Role
We're hiring installers to join our San Diego crew for diamond grinding, crack repair, flake broadcast, and topcoat application on residential garage floor systems (Essential, EPIC, and Platinum series). This is hands-on, physical work that directly protects our reputation with homeowners, attention to detail matters.
What You'll Do
- Diamond grind and prep concrete surfaces for proper mechanical bond
- Repair cracks and fill imperfections before coating
- Apply base coats, broadcast flake, and apply topcoats per Resinwerks specifications
- Maintain a clean, professional jobsite and represent EPIC well in customers' homes
- Follow safety protocols and manufacturer application standards
What We're Looking For
- Experience in flooring, epoxy/polyaspartic coatings, concrete, or construction preferred
- Willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work
- Comfortable with physical labor (kneeling, lifting, standing for extended periods)
- Valid driver's license (a plus)
- Must be able to reliably work jobsites throughout the San Diego area
- Team player who can also work independently on-site
