What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fine Dining FOH Manager/Bar Manager position at Epic Chophouse?
Front of House / Beverage Manager – High-End Restaurant | Leadership Role | Year-Round Stability
Epic Chophouse at Eagles Nest is seeking a strong Front of House / Beverage Manager to help lead a high-standard dining experience in one of the most unique mountain settings in North Carolina.
This is not a “babysitting staff” role. We are looking for a true operator—someone who can lead a team, drive sales, maintain standards, and take ownership of the guest experience.
We operate year-round in an area where many restaurants are seasonal, offering consistency, stability, and long-term growth.
What Makes This Opportunity Different:
- Year-round position – not seasonal
- Established, high-end concept with strong clientele
- 5 locations with more in development – real growth opportunity
- Leadership role with real impact on service and sales
- Structured environment – systems in place, not chaos
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all front-of-house operations
- Oversee service standards and ensure consistent guest experience
- Train, coach, and develop servers and bartenders
- Drive sales through staff education and floor presence
- Handle guest relations and resolve issues professionally
- Work closely with GM and kitchen leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a leadership role (FOH Manager, Assistant GM, or similar)
- Strong understanding of service, hospitality, and guest experience
- Beverage knowledge (wine and cocktails) strongly preferred
- Ability to lead from the floor with confidence and accountability
- Professional and composed under pressure
- High standards and attention to detail
Compensation & Perks:
- Competitive salary (based on experience)
- 2 weeks paid vacation
- Performance reviews every 6 months (with growth opportunities)
- Year-round stability
- Opportunity for advancement across multiple locations
Who This Is Perfect For:
Someone currently working in a seasonal or unstable restaurant who wants consistency, leadership responsibility, and long-term growth within a growing company.
If you take pride in running a strong floor, developing a team, and delivering a high-level guest experience, we want to talk.
