As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail‑driven Estimator to join our team.
What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership of estimating for both small and large commercial projects, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery. Your work will directly support our project managers and help shape competitive bids.
- Review bid documents, project specifications, architectural drawings, and addenda
- Prepare detailed takeoffs at all stages of design for both negotiated and competitive bids
- Track deadlines and ensure all bid forms and required documents are submitted on time
- Collaborate with estimators and project managers to build accurate project budgets and confirm scope coverage
What You Bring

- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of takeoff and pricing processes
- Working knowledge of building design, procurement, and construction workflows
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to stay flexible and perform under pressure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Dropbox
- Experience with ConstructConnect and Stack Takeoff/Estimating software or similar is a plus
