Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – SharePoint Specialist to support Technology and Document Control operations for a large infrastructure program based in San Jose, California.This on-site role will work closely with technology teams, document control, and project management staff to support enterprise collaboration systems and ensure secure, efficient management of project information.The Senior BSA will play a key role in SharePoint governance, workflow automation, Microsoft 365 security compliance, Power Platform development, and enterprise systems integration, helping improve operational efficiency across the program. Key Responsibilities:SharePoint Administration & GovernanceAdminister SharePoint Online site collections, hubs, libraries, lists, and permissionsDevelop and maintain SharePoint governance plansConfigure metadata taxonomy, content types, retention labels, and lifecycle policiesImplement records management and compliance controlsMonitor platform health, storage usage, access permissions, and audit activityData Loss Prevention (DLP) & SecurityDesign and implement Microsoft 365 Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policiesConfigure protections for sensitive project, financial, and contract dataMonitor and investigate security alerts and compliance incidentsDevelop compliance dashboards and reportingProvide security awareness training to end usersBusiness Systems AnalysisGather and document business and technical requirementsConduct gap analysis and process improvement assessmentsDevelop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and functional specificationsSupport testing, validation, deployment planning, and documentationWorkflow Automation & Power PlatformDesign workflows using Power AutomateDevelop custom applications using Power AppsBuild dashboards and reports using Power BIIntegrate SharePoint with enterprise platforms and data sourcesProject & Stakeholder SupportServe as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teamsDefine project scope, deliverables, schedules, and milestonesSupport system implementations and vendor coordinationConduct training sessions for system usersRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (experience may substitute)Minimum 4 years of experience in SharePoint administration and governanceExperience with Microsoft 365 administration and Data Loss PreventionExperience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BIStrong background in business systems analysis and enterprise application supportDemonstrated experience leading technical projects and system implementations Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting large infrastructure, transportation, or transit programsExperience working in engineering or construction project environmentsFamiliarity with enterprise systems such as Unifier, P6, Conex, or other EDMS platformsWork EnvironmentFull-time on-site role in San Jose, CACollaborative environment working with technology teams, document control, and project management staffSupports a large infrastructure programCompany DescriptionEPC developed a reputation for providing exceptional client services on major infrastructure projects throughout the United States with our dedication to achieving our clients interests with quality and cost-efficiency.
Salary : $125,000 - $145,000
