Join our team as a Senior End-User Support Engineer, where you'll play a critical role in transforming laboratory IT infrastructure to support cutting-edge scientific research.
This position offers the opportunity to provide Level 3 technical expertise while driving digital innovation in laboratory operations. You'll be at the forefront of implementing advanced solutions that directly impact scientific productivity and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 technical support and operational management for laboratory IT infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to lab systems, hardware, and software
- Collaborate with scientists, facilities, and IT teams to deliver new laboratory systems and upgrades
- Maintain and update Inventory/CMDB for all lab IT assets
- Work closely with vendors and remote support teams to ensure high availability of lab solutions
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Ensure compliance with IT service delivery standards and business requirements
Requirements
- Deploy & Upgrade Operating Systems (OS) expertise
- Infrastructure support experience (general IT infrastructure)
- Windows 11 proficiency
- Bash scripting capabilities
- PowerShell scripting skills
- Proven Level 3 IT infrastructure and operations support experience
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem resolution background
- IT service delivery and vendor management experience
