Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to define marketing priorities and coordinate quarterly marketing plans
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, articulate, and launch new offerings
• Activate and optimize marketing campaigns to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs)
• Test, measure, and continuously improve campaigns, reporting on results and tracking MQLs through the sales process
• Identify the most effective marketing channels and craft the right messages to reach target audiences, including through events, campaigns, analyst relations, social media, and sales tools
• Research and monitor the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies
• Develop sales kits to support the growth of existing accounts
• Contribute to the development of case studies that showcase client success

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, or demand generation roles (internships and relevant coursework count!)
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build productive relationships across teams and locations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
• Experience with common platforms for campaign tracking, analytics, marketing automation, and segmentation
• A proactive, flexible, and resourceful approach, with the ability to embrace and manage ambiguity
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field preferred
• Willingness to work on-site at our Philadelphia office at least 1-2 days per week
