Job Summary:
You will play a central role in shaping and executing eos Products Generative AI strategy. In this role, you will help define our GenAI vision, roadmap, and operating model, and partner across teams to bring high-impact AI solutions to life. You will support the development of eos long-term AI strategy while also working hands-on across initiatives that deliver tangible value to the business today. While strategic thinking is important, success in this role will depend on the ability to execute initiatives, drive adoption, and deliver measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of eos’ Generative AI strategy, including vision, capability roadmap, prioritization, and success metrics
- Help establish and operate the company’s GenAI operating model, including governance, stakeholder alignment, and communication frameworks
- Partner with leaders and teams across the organization to identify opportunities where Generative AI can unlock growth, improve efficiency, or drive innovation
- Drive the execution of GenAI initiatives across functions, identifying use cases, supporting pilots, coordinating technical partners, and helping scale successful solutions across the business
- Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements for automation, AI tools, and systems integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Technology) to design and implement AI-enabled solutions
- Support the development of training materials, playbooks, and change management programs that enable teams to confidently adopt and use Generative AI tools
- Establish metrics and dashboards to measure operational performance, automation impact, and ROI
- Stay informed on emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry best practices, sharing relevant insights with leadership to inform priorities and opportunities
- Support broader strategic initiatives by partnering with functional leaders to analyze opportunities, evaluate solutions, and contribute to projects that improve business performance
- Act as a connective layer between engineering leadership and business teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in strategy, analytics, product, consulting, or a related role
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to turn data into insights and communicate recommendations clearly
- Strong interest in Generative AI; while direct GenAI experience is highly valued or must possess an impressive skillset in a relevant area (e.g. analytics, consulting, technical strategy) along with a demonstrated passion for the field.
- Interest in and experience using Generative AI tools and technologies
- Ability to manage projects and initiatives with increasing independence
- Experience collaborating across teams and helping drive alignment across stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and insights clearly to both technical and business audiences
- Comfort operating in fast-moving environments and translating emerging technologies into practical business applications
- A positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning
