We are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager who is passionate about hospitality and thrives in a luxury environment. This individual will lead with presence on the floor, ensuring seamless daily operations across all food and beverage outlets—including Costa Covo, Poza, In-Room Dining, and Events—while upholding the Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond, and Two Michelin Key standards that define us.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations of Costa Covo, Poza, In-Room Dining, and Events, ensuring consistent excellence across all outlets.
• Be a visible leader on the floor, engaging with guests and supporting colleagues.
• Inspire and train your team to deliver elevated, tailored service in line with Forbes standards.
• Manage colleague scheduling, payroll, and departmental expenses while driving revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop innovative F&B programs.
• Monitor guest feedback across platforms and implement meaningful improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.
• Play a hands-on role in hiring, training, and developing future hospitality leaders.
  
  

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of luxury hotel restaurant management experience, ideally overseeing multiple outlets.
• A polished, charismatic approach to guest service and team leadership.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and cocktail culture.
• Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and (ideally) OpenTable or Opera.
• RBS and ServSafe certifications required.
  
  

Physical & Availability Requirements

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift up to 45 lbs.
