Responsibilities
- Prepare restaurant tables with attention to sanitation and order
- Greet and attend to customers upon entrance
- Present menus and assist guests with food and beverage selections
- Take and deliver accurate orders promptly
- Answer questions and make recommendations for complementary items
- Collaborate effectively with fellow servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and positively Issue bills and process payments accurately
- Proven experience as a restaurant server or waiter/waitress
- Experience handling cashier duties is a plus
- Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail
- Patience and a customer-oriented approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly attitude
- Responsible, trustworthy, and punctual
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
