Senior Field Service Representative
The Senior Field Service Representative (FSR) will support, train, maintain and repair EOS manufactured Remote Weapons Stations (RWS) in EOS facilities and deployed in the field by our Armed Service customers. The FSR will maintain, repair as necessary, make engineering changes and upgrades, and train operators as required. The successful incumbent will be an expert in the operation and firing of the weapon. The FSR will have the proven ability to conduct research and learn systems utilizing written references and manuals. This technician will regularly act as the face of EOS to potential and actual customers and the Soldiers, Marines and SOF Operators that will employ the systems. This is an on-site position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the training of service members and other customers on RWS operation and maintenance
- Lead resolution of advance for escalated RWS system issues (including multi-system integration problems)
- Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and technical oversight to FSR1 and FSR2
- Conduct system level testing, acceptance inspections, and field modifications
- Serve as primary technical interface with customers, engineering, and program management
- Develop and deliver advanced training curricula for both internal and end-users
- Identify recurring issues and recommend product improvements or service bulletins
- Lead CUAS simulation-based exercises, live scenarios, & threats
- Ability to represent the company at high-level customer or industry events
- Ability to travel 45-50% domestic and internationally
- AS degree 4 years or
- 6 years Military Exp or
- 6 year prior FSR experience
- Additionally, 4 years Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (CUAS) experience
- 3 years Formal military training or defense industry training development/administration/
management experience - This is an on-site role; applicants must reside locally or be able to commute daily.
- Standard Driver's License
- Current Security Clearance
- Valid (unexpired) Passport
- Experience troubleshooting complex mechanical systems using common tools and reference materials
- Expert-level RWS system knowledge across all subsystems and configurations
- Advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and project leadership
- Excellent mentoring, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift/carry equipment weighing 25 lbs
- Requires the ability to operate within offices and in field conditions for extended periods of time
