The Sr. Field Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role located in Geneva, OH. The individual in this role will provide technical and operational support for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HDT Global equipment. Key responsibilities include collaboration with clients to ensure proper equipment functionality, training users on equipment operation, and supporting systems in the field. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate service records, providing feedback for continuous product improvement, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Technical skills in troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical or electrical systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities to analyze and address equipment issues
- Ability to deliver technical training and clear user instructions
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Flexibility to travel as needed to support client requirements
- Familiarity with military or deployable equipment is highly desirable
