EOI Space is developing and deploying a network of satellites in Very Low Earth Orbit (VLEO) to provide ultra-high-resolution Earth imagery. We aim to deliver timely and actionable data for commercial and defense applications.

What You Will Do
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Coordinator to support our growing finance function in a fast-paced, highly professional environment. This role will contribute to core financial operations including payroll support, accounts payable, and treasury-related activities, while helping ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strong financial discipline across the organization.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in accounting or finance operations, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, handling sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
The hourly rate for this role is $33.50 – $40.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Pay ranges are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis based on job-related skills, experience, and internal equity.
This role is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable laws.
Work Location:
This is role is based out of Lafayette, Colorado with an expectation of 4 days per week onsite and 1 day remote.

Responsibilities
- Support accounts payable processes end-to-end, including invoice intake, coding, approvals, vendor communication, and timely payment execution
- Assist with cash reporting, payment tracking, and day-to-day treasury activities to ensure accurate visibility into cash position
- Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records, ensuring data integrity across systems such as NetSuite and supporting documentation
- Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and preparation of supporting schedules
- Partner with cross-functional teams to track expenses, resolve discrepancies, and ensure alignment with budgets and financial policies
- Assist in developing and improving financial processes, controls, and workflows to support a scaling organization
- Support audit readiness by maintaining documentation and responding to information requests as needed
- Execute ad hoc administrative and accounting/finance responsibilities to support ongoing business needs
- Associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations
- Working knowledge of payroll, accounts payable, and basic treasury functions
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Excel and experience working within ERP systems (such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or a high-growth startup environment
- Exposure to month-end close processes and financial reporting
- Familiarity with internal controls and audit support
- Experience improving or streamlining financial processes
- Experience using Ramp and NetSuite
