Role Description
This is a full-time, commission-based role for a Mortgage Loan Originator located in Fruita, CO. This role may also offer the possibility of a Hybrid work arrangement, allowing for both remote and office-based work. The Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for generating and originating loans, assisting clients with mortgage applications, collecting and processing loan documentation, and guiding clients through the mortgage loan process. You'll have the full support of our in-house loan processor.
Qualifications
- Experience in Loan Origination and Mortgage Lending
- Knowledge of Underwriting and Loans
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current NMLS License, if currently licensed
- Community-oriented person
