Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive curriculum on command and control systems, including electronic warfare, signals intelligence, and intelligence analysis techniques.
- Conduct classroom instruction, practical exercises, and scenario-based training to enhance students’ operational skills.
- Incorporate current military operations, exercise planning, and intelligence community best practices into training modules.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to update course content reflecting the latest advances in military intelligence and counterintelligence capabilities.
- Support the planning and execution of training exercises that simulate real-world command scenarios involving all-source intelligence integration.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities, student progress, and curriculum development efforts to ensure quality standards are met.
Experience
- Extensive experience working with command and control systems within military or defense environments.
- Proven background in special operations, electronic warfare, signals intelligence, or related fields within the Department of Defense (DoD).
- Demonstrated expertise in intelligence community operations including intelligence analysis, targeting, counterintelligence, and all-source intelligence methodologies.
- Prior experience teaching or developing curriculum for military or government agencies with classroom experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of military operations, exercise planning, and the integration of intelligence assets into operational contexts.
- Familiarity with DoD policies, procedures, and standards related to military intelligence training programs.

- Secret clearance
- Must have experience writing and reviewing complex technical and information-management material
- Must be trained, proficient, and able to operate the government-provided systems and software they support
- Must be certified under the training center instructor certification process.
- Must understand the instructional systems approach to training and education
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft 365
- Recent instructor experience
- Experience teaching multiple technical systems
- Strong written communication and course delivery background
Pay: $51,688.29 - $62,248.26 per year
