Duties

• Design, develop, and deliver advanced training modules focused on integrated systems for university-level students and professionals
• Facilitate interactive classroom sessions, workshops, and practical exercises that promote active learning and critical thinking
• Assess learner progress through evaluations, feedback sessions, and performance metrics to ensure mastery of course material
• Collaborate with academic staff and industry experts to refine curriculum content and incorporate the latest technological advancements
• Maintain detailed records of training activities, participant progress, and instructional outcomes for continuous improvement
• Support the integration of new training tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students and trainees, fostering a stimulating educational environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering advanced systems training within academic or professional settings
• Strong knowledge of integrated systems concepts across multiple disciplines such as engineering, information technology, or related fields
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and engagingly
• Demonstrated ability to develop curriculum content tailored to diverse learner needs
• Experience working in university environments or with academic institutions is highly desirable
• Ability to adapt teaching methods based on audience feedback and evolving industry standards

Required

• Secret clearance
• Experience writing and reviewing complex technical material
• Recent instructor experience within the last 5 years, or equivalent instructor training before start
• Must be certified through the instructor certification process
• Must understand the instructional systems approach to training and education
• Must be proficient in curriculum development related to the operation and tactical employment of the supported systems.
• Advanced systems background
• Experience integrating multiple technical systems in training
• Ability to support both classroom and exercise environments

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
