EnVue, Autograph Collection and Residence Inn by Marriott are seeking an experienced, results-driven Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office operations of our dual-branded hotel. This leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing a high-performing front office team, and ensuring operational excellence while maintaining Marriott brand standards.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with Marriott experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about guest satisfaction, and has a proven ability to lead, coach, and develop associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all Front Office operations, including Front Desk, Guest Services, Night Audit, and Bell Services (where applicable).
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop Front Office Supervisors and Front Desk Agents.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve escalated guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage scheduling, labor productivity, payroll, and staffing levels.
- Monitor daily arrivals, departures, VIP guests, room inventory, and room availability.
- Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, operating procedures, and guest service expectations.
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings and communicate operational priorities.
- Partner with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, Food & Beverage, and Revenue Management to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Analyze guest satisfaction scores, online reviews, and operational reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate cash handling, credit card compliance, and audit procedures.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and departmental performance metrics.
- Support Manager on Duty responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hotel Front Office leadership experience, including at least 1 year as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Marriott FSPMS and FOSSE (required).
- Marriott brand experience strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing front office teams.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service standards, and revenue optimization.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call responsibilities as business demands require.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing operations within a full-service Marriott hotel or dual-branded property.
- Strong understanding of Marriott guest satisfaction metrics and service recovery.
- Experience improving operational performance and guest satisfaction scores.

Schedule:
- Primarily day shifts with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call as operational needs require.
