Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Monitor and report any changes or concerns about the residents' health and well-being
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and other personal care needs
Requirements
QMA Certification in the State of Indiana
An understanding of medication administration procedures and successful completion of a state-approved training course
