LPN Night Shift
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic and compassionate team at Envive Healthcare of Berne as an LPN Night Shift, providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to work night shifts, Monday through Friday, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents under the supervision of the RN or DON
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document resident conditions, including vital signs and medication administration
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Completion of a state-approved training program
- Current LPN license (pass NCLEX-PN exam)
- BLS certification
- Minimum 0 years of experience in long-term care or acute care setting
