Responsibilities:
Brainstorming Ideas for Activities: Develop innovative and exciting activity ideas to stimulate the senses and promote socialization among residents.
Advertising Activities: Promote activities to the public, including creating posters, flyers, and social media posts to encourage participation.
Leading and Attending Events: Oversee and participate in activities, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Budgeting and Vendor Management: Adhere to budgetary guidelines, work with vendors to provide necessary supplies and services, and ensure timely and cost-effective planning.
Feedback and Evaluation: Solicit feedback from participants, track participation rates and costs, and identify areas for improvement.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of activities, including participant surveys and activity reports.
Qualifications and Skills:

Budgeting and Organizational Skills: Control activity costs and plan multiple events simultaneously.
