Technical Documentation Support Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Documentation Support Engineer to support site engineering documentation, drawing management, and technical document control activities. The ideal candidate will have experience with AutoCAD, Teamcenter/PLM systems, technical document repositories, and engineering drawing management. Experience within the FMCG manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

sTechnical Documentation Managemen
- tMaintain the site's Technical Documentation SharePoint repository
- .Serve as Site Administrator for drawing check-in/check-out processes, process safety studies, and project documentation
- .Monitor, maintain, and support Tech Doc-related software and programs
- .Manage equipment, panel numbering systems, and assign identification numbers for site equipment
- .Ensure technical documentation capabilities and tools meet site requirements
- .Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure project documentation is properly submitted, stored, and archived upon project completion
- .Provide graphic support, plotting, printing, and lamination services for site presentations and engineering documentation
- .Supply engineering drawings and technical documents as required by site personnel
- .Communicate with internal stakeholders and external engineering vendors regarding drawing control processes
- .Support Spider account setup and administration for site users
- .Submit, monitor, and resolve Spider-related ServiceNow tickets
- .Perform FLC mapping activities for new FLC locations
- .Upload project documentation, equipment manuals, and vendor drawings into the Spider system
- .Demonstrate the ability to author, manage, and update documents and drawings within Spider
- .Develop, update, and maintain DSOPs related to technical documentation processes
- .Maintain inventory for printing and lamination services
.Site Drawing & Engineering Suppor
- tAct as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for on-site drawing updates
- .Maintain and update Site Master Plan drawings
- .Maintain and update Site Drain Master Plan drawings
- .Support 3D model uploads on a project basis, including future intelligent model integration
- .Provide engineering drafting and layout update support for site projects
- .Perform minor engineering drawing modifications and updates as needed

- nParticipate in regular Business Unit Global Technical Documentation community meetings
- .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote technical documentation integration across site operations
- .Attend weekly Spider Teamcenter user meetings regarding releases and version updates
- .Participate in monthly Spider Health Check meetings to provide site updates and action plans
- .Engage in Spider Technical Documentation Administrator meetings to share best practices and site learnings

- eConduct monthly AWC (Spider) training sessions for employees
- .Obtain vendor training to maintain and enhance drawing management skills
- .Update Spider consumer and author training materials based on new releases and features
- .Perform Spider administrator and user access audits to ensure IT security compliance
