Key Responsibilitie
- sLead end-to-end project delivery for FinTech products, platforms, and digital transformation initiatives
- .Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
- .Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, QA teams, and third-party vendors
- .Drive Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies based on project requirements
- .Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans
- .Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations, security standards, and governance requirements
- .Monitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and status reporting
- .Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and stakeholder reviews
- .Coordinate UAT activities, production releases, and post-implementation support
- .Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and external delivery partners
- .Provide regular executive-level project status updates and presentations
- .Drive continuous process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
- .Support organizational change management and stakeholder adoption activities
