Job Title: Sales Representative – Florida Market

We are partnering with a growing sign manufacturing company looking for a driven Sales Representative to own and expand the Florida market. The company generated $6M in revenue last year, is currently on pace for $8M this year, and has ambitious plans to scale to $30M over the next 8 years. With manufacturing facilities in both New Jersey and Florida, they work with major retail companies and specialize in customized signage solutions

.Responsibilities

• :Develop and grow the Florida territory through business development and relationship buildin
• gGenerate and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunitie
• sUtilize Salesforce CRM to track activity, manage leads, and maintain accurate sales reportin
• gGenerate and cultivate high-volume lead activity through outreach and networking effort
• sAttend local networking events, construction association meetings, breakfasts, and industry function
• sMeet with prospective clients and establish strong long-term partnership
• sWork closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project succes
• sServe as the face of the company throughout South Florida and the surrounding marke

• :Prior sales and business development experienc
• eExperience using Salesforce CR
• MAbility to generate a high volume of leads and create opportunities independentl
