POSITION SUMMARYThe Billing Analyst reports directly to the Billing Lead and is responsible for using Excel and various systems to review, manipulate, transform, analyze, and interpret large data sets. This role requires advanced Excel proficiency, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, computer savvy, and capable of handling escalated projects in a fast-paced environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESProcess data from multiple billing files and transform data into entries for Workday or other database systemsVerify accuracy of all processed billing dataCompare and analyze billing data against rate charts to ensure accuracyPrepare billing calculations for special client programsPrepare and distribute monthly billing statements to clientsAnalyze large data sets and understand their relationship to accounting data and operational reportsReview contracts and create detailed spreadsheets with a high volume of figuresUpdate and maintain data across multiple systemsRetrieve data from databases or electronic files upon requestUpdate and maintain Excel formulas and macros as neededAssist with departmental process improvements and enhancementsManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting required deadlinesMaintain strict confidentiality of all data and documentationBuild and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholdersWork independently and collaboratively in a team environmentComplete special projects as assigned by the supervisorCompany DescriptionOur expert team along with our strategic partnerships offer a collective experience in specialized staffing solutions and Process Improvement knowledge.
