Envision Pelvic Health & Wellness is a privately owned, physical therapist-led practice specializing in pelvic health for all genders across the lifespan. We provide personalized, one-on-one, evidence-based care in a calm and supportive environment.

Position Requirements

• Doctorate or Master's degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
• Minimum of one year of experience as a pelvic physical therapist
• Completion of an entry pelvic therapy course (Herman and Wallace or APTA)
• Strong understanding and knowledge of pelvic anatomy and function
• Strong manual and orthopedic skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Openness to treating all genders, including male pelvic patients
• Dedication to patient-centered care

Our practice is conveniently located in the Norwood Park neighborhood of Chicago, within 0.5 miles of the Norwood Park Metra stop and 1.5 miles from the Harlem Blue Line stop. We offer ample free parking for both staff and patients.
