Emerge Physical Therapy & Wellness is a private outpatient clinic with physical therapy and personal training. We serve an active, health-conscious clientele—new moms, athletes, and busy professionals—who value highly personalized care. We are looking for a physical therapist to join our team. All patient care is done one on one to provide quality care to our community.
We currently see a mix of patients with orthopedic and pelvic health conditions. This position is for a pelvic floor physical therapist. There is an opportunity to treat a mix of orthopedic and pelvic floor conditions for the appropriate candidate. There is an opportunity for part time or full time
Our ideal candidate would be a team player who collaborates on patient care, values continuous learning, has professional confidence and looking to grow further. Mentoring is available for new graduates.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor/orthopedic conditions and develop individualized plans of care to restore function.
- Provide quality, evidence based care
- Timely documentation including initial evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries
- Maintain patient relationships with strong interpersonal skills
1 year experience preferred, new grads welcome
