Role Description
This is a full-time Revenue Manager position. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the revenue strategy and operations for the hotels. Daily tasks will include monitoring and analyzing revenue performance, implementing pricing strategies, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with the sales team to optimize revenue. The role will involve constant tracking of revenue metrics and making informed decisions to drive profitability.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to monitor and analyze revenue performance
- Experience in Revenue Recognition, Revenue Management, and pricing strategies
- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in data analysis and familiarity with revenue management systems
- Strong background in Sales & Marketing, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Previous experience in the hotel industry is a plus
