Job Description:
We are a growing hotel management company with an immediate opening for a strategic and detail-oriented Revenue Manager to join our management team. This position is responsible for overseeing and executing revenue management strategies across a portfolio of hotels owned or managed by our company. The ideal candidate will work closely with property leadership and upper management to drive top-line performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement revenue strategies across a portfolio of hotels
· Analyze local market trends, booking and stay patterns, and competitive data to inform pricing decisions
· Support property-level teams in understanding and executing revenue strategies to maximize topline revenue
· Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to align strategies and ensure revenue goals are met
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel revenue management, preferably in a corporate or multi-property role. Hilton and Marriott certifications are preferred
· Proficiency with revenue management systems, channel managers, and data analysis tools
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple properties and respond to hotel's needs in an effective and timely manner
This is an in-office position and requires limited travel within the DFW metroplex. All qualified applicants will be considered.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
