The RN supports medication management, integrates physical and behavioral healthcare, and ensures continuity of care in accordance with DBHDS standards and Envision Health policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct nursing assessments and monitor health status • Provide medication education and adherence support • Coordinate with prescribing providers • Support co-occurring disorder treatment • Assist with treatment planning • Deliver community-based services • Maintain compliant documentation • Participate in team collaboration • Provide crisis intervention support
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program • Active RN license in Virginia • 1–2 years experience preferred • Behavioral health experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment skills • Knowledge of psychiatric medications • Strong documentation skills • Crisis management ability • Effective communication
